The Track Raceway Race Report:
The "2013 MID ATLANTIC OFF-ROAD CHAMPIONSHIP" had a great showing, with over 175 entries at las weekend's at THE TRACK RACEWAY in Gaithersburg, Maryland. It was our first race of the year and we were excited to get back to the track after a wonderful Christmas. We'll be seeing more and more new faces as people get comfortable with their cars and want to get to racing. Most of the top East Coast Drivers attended at the MID ATLANTIC doing their job in each class. From Team Associated Mike Gay, Gunnar Rieck and Alex Miller. From TLR Anthony Mazzara. From Kyosho Robert Meyer and John Noon. From Team Schumacher Gabriel "Gabe" Galeano.
In the SPORTSMAN CLASS, Scott Reida dominate the Class TQ'ed and finished in 1st Place. 2nd Place Williams Dan, 3rd Place Sean Talbot, 4th Place Steve Schwatz and 5th Place for Favio Torres.
In the 2wd BUGGY MODIFIED CLASS, was the Kyosho's Driver who TQ'ed Robert Meyer. But Anthony Mazzara's TLR Driver finished in 1st Place. 2nd Place Gunnar Rieck's Team Associated, 3rd Place Robert Meyer's Kyosho, 4th Place Bobby Stroud and in 5th Place was Stephen Plackis.
In the 4wd BUGGY MODIFIED CLASS, Gunnar Rieck's Team Associated was on fire !!! TQ & finished in 1st Place. 2nd Place Josh Knight's Team Durango, 3rd Place Connely Drew' Team Associated, 4th Place Gabriel "Gabe" Galeano's Team Schumacher, 5th Place Robert Meyer's Kyosho.
In the 2wd STADIUM TRUCK MODIFIED CLASS, TQ'ed John Noon's TLR but Gabriel "Gabe" Galeano's Team Schumacher finished in 1st Place. 2nd Place Kahle Schettler's Team Associated, 3rd Place Shane Sprinkle, 4th Place Noon Tyler's TLR and 5th Place Shean McDevitt's TLR.
In the 2wd SHORT COURSE MODIFIED CLASS, Anthony Mazzara's TLR was on fire TQ'ed and finished in 1st Place. 2nd Place Stephen Plackis, 3rd Place Henry Frank's TLR, 4th Barry Goodwin's Team Associated, 5th Place Bill Jacobs.
In the 4wd SHORT COURSE MODIFIED CLASS, It was Anthony Mazzara's TLR again taking TQ & 1st Place. 2nd Place Erick Werner, 3rd Place Brian Miskolcsi's TLR, 4th Place Bill Jacob, 5th Place Heflin Shawn.

Along with the huge congratulations to all the Winners Drivers of the " 2013 MID ATLANTIC OFF ROAD CHAMPIONSHIP ".
