Daniel Holloway leads Panther to victory at the TCRC "Brawl for it All"

  

This past Saturday, July 27th, was the 14th annual TCRC "Brawl for it All" located in Lavalette, WV. With over 70 entries, reduced by the threat of 60% chance of rain, racers still showed up from OH, WV, KY, NC, IN, and VA. This is by far the biggest race of the year in the state of WV. With names like Ralph Krum, Curt Schlister, and Dave Osbourne in the field, it’s getting bigger every year.

All day the weather held out, and the fact that it was overcast helped the outdoor track conditions hold up better than normal. The track was fast, and proved to be some of the fastest lap times of the year so far. Panther Raptors in SS with orange inserts were the tire of choice for the day. Numerous people would tell you that was the tire to keep you hooked up on the slightly loamy track.

In Pro4, Panther factory driver Daniel Holloway never had to decide which tire to run, the SS Raptors with orange inserts never came off the truck all day. They were there from practice till the end of the A-main. Panther tires mounted on DE Trinidad rims proved to be the right choice. Holloway took the TQ spot by 10 seconds, and in the A-main led from wire to wire. Holloway had a great clean battle with Tom Mainella the entire race, and turned in some very good back and forth passes in the turns. Holloway’s tires gave him superior corner speed ultimately giving him the edge needed to keep the 1 spot at the end.
