Race Report by JConcepts:
The March Madness race hosted by The RC Pit located in Lugoff, SC took place this past weekend with 139 entries. John Michael TQ’d the Pro Buggy class, qualified 2nd in the eBuggy class and 2nd in the 2wd Buggy class.
In the 2wd buggy class John Michael led the first lap and then ran in 2nd the rest of the race where he finished overall running JConcepts Rips up front and Splitters on the rear.
In eBuggy, John Michael was just behind the leader, Griffin Hanna, for the first 4 minutes of the race. Once Griffin made a mistake John Michael was able to get past him and stretched out his lead over the next 6 minutes to take the win running JConcepts Stackers.
The Pro Buggy class had John Michael leading the first 24 laps and had a 9 second lead on 2nd place. Getting hung up on a pipe where there were no marshals allowed 2nd and 3rd to catch up, John Michael fell back to 2nd place. 4 laps later John Michael regained the lead and was able to take the win also running the JConcepts Stackers.
