Race Report by Team Associated:
A quality field of 120 drivers competed in Round 3 of the Swiss Electric Offroad Nationals at the Umwelten Arena in Spreitenbach. A temporary medium grip carpet circuit, which featured a variety of challenging sections plus a cross-over, was created inside the vast arena.
In qualifying, Reedy/AE factory driver Patrick Hofer earned the pole position in the 4WD class but fell just short in the 2WD class. In the main events, Patrick’s superior speed was clearly evident as he took the win in both classes to earn valuable points toward the championship.
Congratulations to Patrick and thanks to the organizers for creating the fun and challenging track layout.
