The BRCA 1/10 Off-Road National Championships visited Eden Park Raceway in Kent for the fourth round of the six-race championship series.  Consisting of Astroturf and concrete, this circuit created a unique challenge, making it extremely fun to drive. Reedy/Team Associated factory driver Neil Cragg was looking to make his own fun, as a win in the 4WD class would give him enough points to clinch the 2014 championship.

The weather conspired to work against Neil  with a slight drizzle slowing the track, he started the three-leg final from the third grid position behind pole sitter Simon Moss and Ellis Stafford.

Simon won the first leg, which was followed by a downpour, so legs two and three were run in wet conditions. When Stafford won leg two, the result of leg three would be necessary to determine the winner. Cragg took control in leg three with his Reedy-powered B44.2 while setting the fastest winning time of the three legs, taking the overall win for the round.
With this win Neil's record remained perfect with four wins in four rounds to seal the 4WD championship and 18th BRCA title. Congratulations!
