My Junior final in the 4WD class at the 2014 Swedish 1/10 Buggy National Championship was run immediately after my last B-final run.
Dad changed batteries and start # while I was waiting on the drivers stand. Hot on the heels of the B-final I knew this would be a real fight for the win as I had the #1 car from the B-final ahead of me.
I knew I was faster so if I was able to keep calm I would have a really good chance of the win.
But as soon as the signal set us off everything was forgotten and the two of us broke free from the rest.
Both of us made quite a few mistakes, overtaking each other several times but in the end I was able to get the win in this Junior final.
A good result after being bait disappointed after the 4WD main finals.
All in all a pretty good weekend with good results after very little practice and setup time.
Loved the track and had a great time with fellow racers and friends as usual :)
