From Juan Herrero:

The final round of the Mexican On-Road Championship was held last weekend at Queretaro, Mexico. The race saw 115 entries divided in electric and nitro classes. After setting the fastest lap on the debut on Mexican soil of the MTX6 at Merida two weeks ago, there was a lot of expectation about the new Mugen Seiki car. 5 rounds of qualifying were held on Saturday and Herrero was able to secure TQ with his Max Engine powered Mugen MTX6.

Being this the second race for Juan with the car, there was still room for set up adjustments to improve the handling of the vehicle. The 30 minute A-Main got underway and Juan never let go of the first position finishing 4 laps ahead of 2 place finisher Luis Esparza. Ed Dominguez rounded up the Top 3.
  1. Juan Herrero (Mugen Seiki) - 71 laps
  2. Luis Esparza (Capricorn) - 67 laps
  3. Ed Dominguez (Hot Bodies) - 67 laps
