What cars will Wernimont race at Nationals?

On July 13, the RC racing world was shocked to hear that Carson Wernimont and Team Associated had ended their time together after less than seven months. Both sides kept their stories very cordial and simply admitted that things didn't work out.

Carson issued a response to Team Associated's press release later that day, but has laid low since. With the ROAR Electric Off-Road Nationals scheduled to begin on Wednesday at SRS Raceway in Phoenix, AZ, however, it was only a matter of time before the future plans for the 2014 Worlds podium finisher became public.

Carson posted this picture to his Facebook Like page late Sunday evening:

Of course, Phoenix racers getting a preview of what Carson's running this week suggest that he's already in the Grand Canyon State practicing for the race. Another Phoenix local, Chris Wheeler, may have ruined the surprise with this comment:
