Tessmann testing new Pro-Line Racing tire for Worlds?

Ty Tessmann has been sharing images of his preparation for next week's IFMAR World Championships to Facebook - and in addition to showing off the new low-profile engine head for the O.S. Speed B2102 may have offered a sneak peek at a new tread pattern that Pro-Line Racing drivers may use RC Tracks of Las Vegas.

The tire looks to be a cross between the Electron - from which the center of the tread was borrowed - flanked by closely spaced pins similar to a Holeshot. Here's another, better photo provided by a LiveRC reader:
