Starting September 1st, your #1 source for MIP customer service/support inquires will be handled directly by us. So if you have any MIP factory defective products or tech questions, please contact us directly.
So what does this mean for you?
If you buy MIP from our authorized dealers and distributors or from us and you have any sort of issue with our product, contact us directly by logging onto MIPonline.com and opening a ticket with us and we will get you all taken care of. You are also welcome to contact us via telephone during our normal business hours.
