After a three month hiatus, the On The Tone podcast is back for 2019. The crew will be recording their first episode of the year live on their Facebook page January 3rd at 9pm CST with special guest Randy Pike.
Mark Santa Maria and Geoff Arnold started the podcast back in 2014 under the name of "RC Texas Talk". The purpose of the podcast was to talk about all the memorable stories that happen on race weekends. It was an instant hit with over 2000 plays in the first month.
The podcast's audience quickly grew beyond Texas triggering a re-branding to "On The Tone". With several staffing changes over the years, On The Tone's personalities now consist of avid racer and RC Youtuber Mark Santa Maria, Team Associated regional team manager Tyler Keel, and RC Pro Series promoter and hobby shop manager Peter Husser. The three combine share over 40 years experience in RC racing and have had several high profile guests including Ty Tessmann, Adam and Ronda Drake, Ryan Lutz, Joe Bornhorst, Cole Ogden, Joey Christensen, Dave Leikam, and audience favorite Rod Cockman (a humorous fictitious character).
