After sixteen years with Team Associated, Kyle Skidmore decided to sign with Serpent America in 2014. Kyle has announced today via social media that he will be returning home to Team Associated for 2019, and will make his return debut at the upcoming Reedy Race.

Kyle says, "I would like to start by thanking Joaquin De Soto, Billy Easton and Paul Ciccarello for their help and support over the past 4 years! Working with Billy has helped me to be better at feeling what a car needs for a setup, and I have enjoyed working on setups with him!

My life has changed a lot in the last year with my son Benjamin and a new job so my racing is changing this year as well! I am am rejoining Team Associated for my chassis this year and staying with Motiv, Avid, Sanwa, and Vp power master! I would like to thank these companies for their continued support! I would also like to thank my beautiful wife, Stephanie for her love and support in this hobby that I love!
