Team Powers shows you an under the hood view of Julian Jimenez Championship car as well as EJ Evans Podium rides.
Julian Jimenez aka "Meatball" won his first ROAR US National in USGT this weekend. In an heated battle with John Ramsey every round, Julian would win A1. A2 saw the 2 competitors collide making this their throwout race. Julian would go on to win A3 clinching the title.
EJ Evans was recently off his Reedy Touring Car win. EJ would go on to 2 impressive 2nd place finishes in Modified and 17.5. An unfortunate steering issue in the 17.5 A3 final would give EJ a 2nd place finish. Could this have been another national title for the Actinuim V3?
Julian Jimenez aka "Meatball" ran a Team Powers Actinium V3 21.5 motor, Radon V3 ESC, DCS Servo, 8300mah 130C battery, and an Elliot Miyashiro printed motor shroud to keep the motor cool in the 100 degree temperatures.
EJ Evans ran the Team Powers Actinium V3 17.5 in Spec and a 4.5T motor in Modified. EJ Also ran the 6600mah 130c battery to power his Awesomatix ride. EJ has said "The 17.5 was crazy fast! The mod motor is so smooth, eliminates any wheel spin out of the turn."
