Dog Days RC Announces New Plans as Promotions Group

During the big announcement at Race #8 where we stated that this will be the final season of the race season we teased that there will be more to come.

We announced at the Dog Days Pizza Party Race at Pit Stop Hobbies on August 10th that we will be rebranding our group from a race series to an rc racing promotions group.

We will accept a few races each year to help promote and run a Dog Days race program.

Our first official race as an RC Racing Promotions group will be the Summer Extravaganza Race at Pit Stop Hobbies on Saturday September 7th. This is the 6th year for this annual event and the 5th year as a charity event raising over $4500 for local charities in that time. Last year the event raised a staggering total of $2,150 for the Children's Miracle Network of Hershey and this year the bar has been raised. We hope to see everyone come out to this unique event that has not only some really great racing at the legendary Pit Stop Hobbies race track but will also have the annual charity paint off competition where rc artists from across the country send in entries to be voted on and raffled off all in the name of raising more money for charity.
