New Black Carpet Edition Pan Car Body Support V2

We’d like to introduce the Pan Car Body Support V2. The version 2 has the same benefits as our original Pan Car Body Support and is made out of 1mm high strength Polycarbonate. This change improves the rigidity and stability compared to the 3D printed version 1. We developed the new version after customer requested a lighter and more durable design. We have tested several materials including carbon fiber and came to the conclusion that 1mm Polycarbonate has the best properties for this application. 

The Pan Car Body Support is designed to tackle this problem by supporting the nose of the body. It reduces the body scrub on high traction carpet and allows to mount the body lower than without the Body Support. We proved in our testing that the lap times are faster in average and more consistent compared to a conventional mounted body.

The Pan Car Body Support is available in two versions made out of 1mm polycarbonate. It is available in a 35-degree and 60-degree version. 

The 35-degree version is designed to be used with a body that has a low angled nose like the AMR. The 60-degree version is made to support a body with a short nose like the BMR.
