The 2017 European Championship for 1/8 Electric Buggy was held this past weekend in Velika Gorcia, Croatia. Unfortunately, the talk of the weekend would start with a big threat of rain. This would hold true on Saturday as drivers were only able to get 1 round of qualifying completed. Luckily, the rain passed that night which left Sunday for an action packed day including 2 rounds of qualifying followed by the Triple A-Main Events!

Team Orion's David Ronnefalk would go onto TQ rounds #2 & #3 of qualifying on Sunday morning to secure the overall TQ honors! In A-Main #1, Ronnefalk continued his dominance by leading every lap and taking the Win while also being the only driver to make it by for the 22nd lap! In A-Main #2, Ronnefalk could clinch his 2nd 1/8 Electric Buggy European Championship in a row with a Win. And that's exactly what Ronnefalk did by again laying down a flawless run to take the commanding Win!

Congrats also to Team Orion's Jorn Neumann on finishing in the Top 5!
