Race Report by Jason Nugroho:
The 2019 Batam Challenge was held this past weekend at Banana RC Track in Batam island, Indonesia. Batam island is located about 60 minutes by ferry from Singapore.
Many drivers from Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Jakarta, Medan, Banjarmasin, Padang, Pontianak and local drivers arrived. The race consisted of 5 rounds of 10 minutes qualifications and counted 3 best.
After 5 qualification rounds I got TQ honours and started from the 1st position on main final, I got good start and I could maintain my 1st position during 60 minutes of the race without any collisions!
