Just days after the eleventh running of the International Indoor Championships in Las Vegas, Scotty Ernst and his crew transformed the track into a jump-laden course for the inaugural International Off-Road Carpet Championships — creating a first-of-its-kind event in the U.S. in which a temporary carpet off-road track brought the intensity of international competition to one of the most exciting cities on the planet.
The event began with what has become an IIC tradition, with all racers invited to a banquet for a formal drivers' meeting unlike any other event.
And of course, some of the best drivers on the planet are among the 55 drivers comprising 98 entries across seven classes, including Team Associated stars Ryan Cavalieri and Spencer Rivkin, Team Yokomo's Ryan Maifield and Carson Wernimont, Kyosho's Joe Pillars and Chris Jarosz, and Tekno RC drivers Ryan Lutz, Joe Bornhorst and Mason Eppley campaigning the brand new EB410 buggy.
The second round of qualifying is already underway, so don't miss another minute of the action!
