Everybody knows that Friday is meant for reminiscing old times. Each week we take you back in time as we flashback to some of R/C racing's greatest moments, products, drivers, and more!

We are less than one week away from the start of the 20th Annual Dirt Nitro Challenge. As we prepare for the 2019 edition, we look back at the history of Pro Nitro Buggy Champions as well as the action packed 2018 Pro Nitro Buggy A-Main.

The Dirt Raceway in Hemet, California hosted the DNC from 2000 through 2006, and when the track closed the race moved to the Nitro Pit in Wittmann, Arizona where it was held until 2011. Following the closure of the Nitro Pit, Joey Christensen and The Dirt Racing crew moved the race to the Fear Farm R/C Raceway in Phoenix. For the 20th running The Dirt Nitro Challenge returns to California with a temporary track built at the Southern California Fairgrounds in Perris, California.

Watch the event LIVE here on LiveRC.com with qualifying starting on Thursday, February 21, 2019.
