Everybody knows that Friday is meant for reminiscing old times. Each week we take you back in time as we flashback to some of R/C racing's greatest moments, products, drivers, and more!

Stadium truck racing has seen many highs and lows over the years. For this week's Flashback Friday we travel back in time to the early days of stadium truck racing for the 1993 "Monster Truck" Championships held in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The track was one of a kind, the spectators packed the fences, and the racing was hot. It was truly a Losi vs. Associated showdown as they were the only two brands in the A-Mains, besides the one lone entry of Rick Vehlow driving a Traxxas. Take note of some very familiar names in both the stock and mod truck classes including Brian Kinwald, Mark Pavidis, Jason Ruona, Gil Losi Jr., Greg Hodapp, and MANY more!
