The 2019 Dirt Nitro Challenge did not disappoint with 21 drivers from the top25 rankings in attendance. The strong European field dominated qualifying taking 4 of the top 5 positions on the grid, but the American drivers bounced back come the final taking 7 of the top 10 spots. It was Ryan Maifield who took the win ahead of Dakotah Phend in 2nd and current world champion Davide Ongaro in 3rd. Although it was Ty Tessmann’s consistency that retains the #1 ranking with his 4th place finish (actually one of his worst finishes in a long time).
