Hi Performance Hobbies in Hutchison, KS was completely cleaned out by thieves earlier this week, getting away tons of inventory, personal items, and even their trash cans.
The RC Community has been quick on its feet already by donating equipment to those impacted, and on November 9th we will be having a benefit race for the track to help offset the cost to repair their facilities.
Doors/Practice open at 9:00AM
Racing Starts at 2:00PM
(5) rounds of heads up racing, (4) rounds will be scored. No qualifying, and grid position will be random to give everyone a shot at starting in the front.
There will be raffle tickets for prizes, Makenzie Beal has volunteered all of her marshal duty money she earns, and there will be free hotdogs with a tip jar, 100% of proceeds will go to HP Hobbies.
