In a dominating performance, A Main Hobbies – ProTek R/C team driver Eric Albano laid waste to the Open Modified class at this year’s Reedy International Touring Car Race of Champions, hosted by NorCal Hobbies in Union City, CA. He started from the front of the grid after winning two of the four qualifying rounds, including setting the fastest time of the weekend.
On Sunday, Eric used that advantage to lock up the title in the first two legs of the Triple-A Main format as the only one to get by the loop for the 24th time, earning a victory lap. His Team Associated TC6.1 Factory Team powered by ProTek R/C LiPo batteries, was the class of the field and lead a podium sweep for the TC6.1.
Congratulations, Eric!
