JConcepts introduces the all-new X-Bite, a fresh pin tire option developed for outdoor racing and future events around the world. Built specifically for 2.0” rear wheel applications, the X-Bite combines decades of off-road tire knowledge while blending inspiration from championship-winning designs of the past. Drawing influence from the successful Dirt Bite 1:8th off-road tire and tipping a cap to pin tire trends from the early 2000’s, the X-Bite delivers a unique combination of modern performance and nostalgic styling.

The X-Bite features an aggressive radius pin layout loaded with square pins for exceptional forward traction and balanced side-bite on loose and evolving surfaces. At the center of the tire, an integrated “X” design helps define the tire’s character while assisting stability and feel during acceleration and directional changes. Designed for racers searching for grip before the groove develops, the X-Bite excels on loose, damp, and natural outdoor surfaces that have yet to take on rubber. Whether conditions are fresh, rough, or moisture-packed, the X-Bite provides confidence and consistency lap after lap.

Inside the tire, JConcepts has added performance-driven technology to increase durability and support. Each X-Bite tire includes And-1 open cell inserts for comfort, flex and to conform to low traction conditions. The rear tire carcass also incorporates overlapping X bracing molded to the inside structure along with sidewall ribs designed to help control side loads during hard cornering. Combined, these details provide racers with a more planted and predictable feel when pushing through demanding outdoor conditions.

Developed for yesterday and today’s competitive racing scene while honoring the heritage of classic outdoor pin tires, the X-Bite arrives as a versatile option for racers chasing traction in changing track conditions. The tire lineup will be available in 2.0” rear configurations for 2wd | 4wd vehicles, along with 2.0” 4wd front tires to complete the package. Available initially in JConcepts’ proven green compound, the X-Bite is ready to take on outdoor tracks around the globe. The JConcepts 4-Ribber front tire is perfect for a variety of track surfaces and inspired by our Australian friends looking to be era correct in the 2wd vintage class. The 4-Ribber incorporates a compact tire body with sharp 4-rib separation for precise steering input and response. The carcass has low-profile sidewalls leading up to the cutting edge right where you want them for quick transit steering. Center ribs are spaced for straight-line tracking ability and off set to provide additional cornering leverage.

The retro inspired front tire is built for 2.0” diameter wheels to fit the narrow front wheel used in the mid to late 1980’s. Each 4-Ribber front tire includes And-1 open cell inserts for comfort, flex and to conform to low traction conditions. The sidewalls feature raised tire lettering to ensure JConcepts authenticity and quality. For the ultimate performance and control, JConcepts recommends pairing the 4-Ribber with genuine #3478 Mono 2.0” 2wd front wheels.
