We’ve spent months developing and refining this upgrade alongside our race team, validating its performance through consistent winning results. Most recently, it was used as part of Dominic Paccione’s R1B race package during his TQ and overall win at the ROAR Off-Road Nationals in demanding race conditions. After extensive real-world testing and proven track performance, we’re proud to now offer this upgrade to our customers.

Unlock hidden power in your drivetrain with a CVA barrel that utilizes precision ball bearings. 

Conventional barrels lose energy through friction and resistance as metal surfaces slide against each other. Our ball-bearing design replaces that sliding motion with rolling contact, which dramatically reduces friction.

In addition to the friction-reducing advantages of the bearing barrels, these components are made from specially treated Ti-6Al-4V Grade 5 titanium alloy. This material delivers exceptional strength while significantly reducing rotational inertia. The result is faster acceleration and efficiency, giving stock racers a competitive edge.

Note:

• Bearing barrels are not compatible with kit CVA shafts. 
• R1B CVA bones are only compatible with R1B differential outdrives.
• These ultra-lightweight bones are optimized for stock racing, specifically for the 21.5 to 17.5 classes. Not recommended for modified.
