One thing that most racers all have in common is that friend who always wants to drive your car. Usually that friend comes in two forms; either the type who is relentlessly complimenting your amazing car and driving ability, but backing it up with subtle hints of, "I've never driven one of those, but I'd sure like to sometime," or the more direct but non-chalant kind of friend who marches up on the stand while your driving and says, "Bro let me a take a lap or two real quick, just a quick spin."

Regardless of how they go about it, it's hard to say no to a friend. What happens though if catastrophe strikes while they're driving, and the damage is questionable as to who's at fault? I'm not talking about broken a-arms, and parts that are clearly broke because of their driving, I am talking about things that could potentially go wrong at anytime, regardless of who's behind the wheel. Example being if your nitro engine blows up, an ESC or LiPo goes up in smoke, your nitro car receiver battery fails and it has a runaway, etc. Who's to blame, and who's responsibility is it to replace the damaged or ruined engine, ESC, LiPo, etc?
