Race Report by Max Gotzl:

The 4th round of Xray Racing Series Slovakia was held last weekend at the famous Hudy Arena. We could see the highest number of participants so far, with 62 2WDs, 55 4WDs and 4 Trucks.

There was as always free practice on Friday, I tried some setup changes and made all my 3 cars very good to drive.

The race saw Martin Bayer on the top in all three qualification runs with 2WD and also 4WD. So Martin took the overall double TQ, Adam Izsay stood on the 2nd place and me 3rd on the main final grid in both classes. I also ran the Truck category and was able to take the TQ in front of Christoph Holzer and Lukasz Piecyk.

In the finals, Martin took the win in A1 and A2 of 2WD and also 4WD, so he secured the overal double win. Then it was fight between me and Adam, for the 2nd, as we were going into the A3 in both classes with both of us having same finishes, 2 and 3. In the end Adam put good runs in both and I made some stupid mistakes which cost me the chance to fight. So in the end it was Martin first, Adam second and me third in both classes.

With the Truck I took an easy win in all three finals, in front of 2nd Christoph and 3rd Lukasz.

All cars were working good, now is time to prepare them for the 3rd round of EOS in Daun, Germany next weekend! Hope everything will go well there.
