Science of Setup Episode 10 – Shocks Part 3 – Tuning Handling
Most pay little attention to shocks when it comes to handling and in most cases that is OK. The reason I say this is a single shock setting can provide decent handling characteristics over a wide range of springs and chassis setups. However when your car is well balanced and you are looking for a way to squeeze out a few tenths of a sec per lap, shock tuning can be the way to make that happen.
