We have 3 new tuning/option parts for the 22-4 that have started shipping today.

Side Belt Adjustment Inserts, 0 (2): 22-4
TLR232033 - http://www.tlracing.com/Products/Default.aspx?ProdID=TLR232033

The TLR Race team had found they can easily run the side belt using the loosest (#1) tensioners, and an even looser option was needed for SPEC racing. After lots of testing, we've found the "0" side belt inserts to work well for most mod and spec racers in their 22-4s. This is a direct fit replacement part that requires no other parts or modifications.

Key Features:

  • "0" inserts allow for a looser side belt tension that previously available for the 22-4 #1-4.
  • Direct fit, will replace the stock belt tensioners with no other parts or modifications required.

Front Pivot Brace, Steel: 22-4
TLR234045 - http://www.tlracing.com/Products/Default.aspx?ProdID=TLR234045

The stock aluminum Font Pivot Brace has become one of the parts that can break on the 22-4, and the TLR development team has been working on a solution - here it is! We now have a steel version of the Front Pivot Brace that is superbly durable. Over the last several months, none of the TLR team drivers has failed a single steel front pin brace. This is a direct fit replacement part that requires no other parts or modifications.

Key Features:

  • CNC Machined from super-strong steel, the TLR race team has not been able to break a single Front Pivot Brace for their 22-4's over the past few months.
  • Direct fit, will replace the stock aluminum Front Pivot Brace with no other parts or modifications required

Rear Camber Block, Vertical Ball Stud: 22-4
TLR334026 - http://www.tlracing.com/Products/Default.aspx?ProdID=TLR334026

As the TLR Race Team continues to push the envelope of performance for the 22-4, they have found the ability to run fine adjustments in the rear camber link to be a huge advantage on most tracks. The vertical ball stud mount using standard ball studs and not washers is 1mm lower than the stock 3/4/5 holes which the team has found to make the car rotate quicker without sliding. This new part is used on many key TLR 22-4 setups including Ryan Maifield's 2015 Reedy Race Champion setup. Designed as a direct replacement, no other parts are needed to mount to your 22-4!

Key Features

  • Vertical mounted ball studs allow for finer tuning of the rear camber link.
  • Standard ball stud with no washers is 1mm lower than the stock 3/4/5 holes, which the team has found to make the car rotate quicker without sliding.
  • CNC Machined from high quality 7075-T6 Aluminum and hard anodized for ultimately durability
  • Directly fits onto the 22-4 without the need for any other parts or modifications.
  • Each piston is milled with the numeric value of the size of the piston holes on the top face for easy identification.
