Traxxas goes sprint car!

As most of us in the r/c industry know, Traxxas plays a major role in other motorsports as well. For instance the T.O.R.C. offroad truck racing series, the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series, AMA Pro Supercross and Motocross, and many others.

The latest scene featuring Traxxas is the 2011 USAC Traxxas Silver Crown dirt oval series. The series is nationwide featuring some of the best full size sprint car and midget car racing you will find.

Shortly after Traxxas involvement in the T.O.R.C. offroad truck series, the Slash r/c short course was introduced. Shortly after Traxxas involvement in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series, the 1/16 Kyle Busch replica r/c truck was introduced. As Traxxas is always working on new projects and innovations, with their recent involvement in the USAC Silver Crown Series could we possibly see the introduction of a new Traxxas r/c sprint car in the future?

Could Traxxas build yet another popular stock spec racing class in r/c dirt oval, as they did with the Slash in offroad? Stay tuned to find out!
