Over the past weekend all eyes were on the 2011 ROAR Offroad Electric Nationals. While many focused their attention to the mod "pro" classes, the excitement didn't stop there! The 17.5 stock class demands the highest performing motors and esc's on the market to get out front and stay out front. With a strict set of rules, no esc timing allowed, drivers were looking for that extra edge over the competition as the 17.5 buggy class was tenth's of a second apart all weekend.

In the end it would be Brian Eady and his Viper VTX10 ESC and VST 17.5 motor that would come out on top! We featured Viper earlier this year as a potential upcoming threat in the ESC/Motor market, and they have proved themselves already with a ROAR National Championship.
