The first round of the 2022 edition of the Italian Championships dedicated to Touring Car classes took place at the indoor track of RC Landia in Scandiano. In 2022 the National titles, presented by the Italian RC Car Racing Federation ACI Sport (member of the FIA) will be assigned over 3 rounds (Indoor and Outdoor).

In TC Modified, Mattia Collina (Team Schumacher) took both TQ and the overall win ahead of Alessio Tolomelli (Team Marka) and Carlo Alberto Conti (Team Schumacher).

In TC Stock, Fabrizio Batisti came out on top after a close battle with Luca Giovannoni (Team Schumacher). Simone Curcio took third place.

In FWD, reigning Italian Champion Guido Carbognani (Team Marka) took it from where he left it in 2021 and displayed speed and consistency throughout the day to take the win ahead of Emiliano Dagliana and Enrico Rabitti (Bittydesign).

Finally, in the GT class (21.5T & No timing), Daniele Pacini showed great consistency through the weekend taking both TQ and the overall win ahead of Andrea Tonini and Alberto Montecchi (Mon-tech Racing).

3. Simone Curcio - 340 pt.
4. Tommaso Vidotto - 310 pt.
5. Simone Pappalardo - 280 pt.

FWD:
1. Guido Carbognani - 400 pt.
2. Emiliano Dagliana - 370 pt.
3. Enrico Rabitti - 340 pt.
4. Massimo Imovilli - 310 pt.
5. Alessandro Arisi - 280 pt.

GT:
1. Daniele Pacini - 400 pt.
2. Andrea Tonini - 370 pt.
3. Alberto Montecchi - 340 pt.
4. Antonio Campana - 310 pt.
5. Daniele Guagnano - 280 pt.

Next round will be held in Marigliano (outdoor) on May 7th-8th, 2022.
