As mentioned last week in our "A Moment with Mike" segment, R/C oval racing is quickly regaining popularity among many R/C car enthusiasts. For this week's Flashback Friday we once again join the legendary Gene Husting as he takes us step by step through the 1997 Super Oval Winterfest at the Dominguez Hills College Velodrome. Watch some of the most insane high-speed R/C oval racing and speed runs including Team Associated's Cliff Lett setting a 97.2mph speed record.
