This past weekend would see the 1st Annual Corona Classic hosted by NorCal Hobbies in San Jose, California. 1up Racing would be very well represented at this event with Team Drivers; Lex Tyler, Kyle Colbert, Gonzalo Cortes, Julian Jiminez, and Jeff Auxier all in attendance. With perfect weather conditions and great turnout, the stage was set for a fun weekend of racing!
Race Schedule:
Saturday, March 20th: 3 Rounds of Qualifying
Sunday, March 21st: Triple A-Main Events
After qualifying was complete on Saturday evening, Lex's hard work paid off as he took the overall TQ position in all 3 classes he competed in!
On Sunday, Lex picked up right where he left off in qualifying by taking the Wins in all 3 classes to complete the clean sweep!
