The new Pioneer wheels for the modern 2wd buggy class have unique features and aesthetics unseen before. While looking at a 1989 Masami Hirosaka replica, Jason Ruona had a 3D vision of recreating an iconic variation. The pop-out panels of the Pioneer wheels add new looks in a positive direction while the home position remains for the proper offset, and mounting characteristics.

Fresh outer ribs drop in between the sectional panels and a radial ring around the wheel nut area. The ribs connect the 4 screw location areas created to represent adaptors used during the golden age of RC.
