New JConcepts Reactor Monster Truck Steel Chassis Plate

JConcepts extends the tuning capability of the REACTOR 13.00” stage 2 retro monster truck with the release of a steel chassis weight. The machined steel unit can be easily added to the bottom of the chassis to increase weight to one of the lowest locations on the vehicle. Weight added to the chassis area on a retro monster truck can improve suspension performance by increasing the sprung weight. This allows for better jump handling and landing and the ability to plant the tires into the racing surface via front to rear weight transfer.

In several sanctioned RC racing events, it’s helpful to be able to add additional weight to make minimum requirements for competition. JConcepts now has this tuning item available for the REACTOR to make adjusting on the fly or for certain events worry free. Notes from the team –

To install to the REACTOR, remove the #9020 chassis stand-off (C) and replace them with the #9037 steel chassis weight. Remember to use the existing hardware to complete the installation and be careful threading into steel.
