New ProMotion Thunderbolt 1/8th Buggy Tread Pattern

The ProMotion Thunderbolt, a loud, in your face design, just like the jet it is named after. The design comes from research and on track testing in multiple conditions. So many features packed into one tread design, it is hard to highlight them all, but here we go!

The angled outer tapered pins feature relief pockets to better grip and control while under lateral loads. A slightly lower pin height than many of our tires aids in better corner speed and less pin deflection. The unique “arched” spacing helps the Thunderbolt cut through fine dust on top of harder packed conditions, as well as “scoop” looser dirt in loamy conditions. The connecting ribs that connect every third row of pins continues into the grooved cuts of the tire further directing dust to exit the tire and adding stability to the connected pins. From concept to reality, the Thunderbolt was engineered to check all of the boxes!
