New ProTek RC Ryan Maifield Edition Servos

ProTek RC is excited to bring back its most popular and highest-performing 1/8 scale racing servo line as the new Ryan Maifield edition PTK-RM650S and PTK-RM650T. These new servos maintain all the inner specs and characteristics of the race-winning ProTek RC 170SBL and 170TBL servos, but the black anodized case now features a fresh American flag inspired look co-designed by the ProTek RC design team and Ryan Maifield himself.

“I am really excited to see the new ProTek RC RM650S and RM650T servos come to market,” states Maifield, a two-time world 1/10 scale off-road champion and one of the winningest 1/8 scale racers in history. “This servo platform, formerly known as the 170SBL and 170TBL, has been so responsive and reliable for my 1/8 scale racing program for years. When you go out for an intense 60-minute main, you want to know that your servos are going to perform at the highest level from start to finish. And that is something the ProTek RC servo line has always done for me.”

The ProTek RC RM650S and RM650T brushless servo technology is industry-leading and is now backed by a lifetime gear warranty through AMain Hobbies. The aluminum upper case provides extreme condition durability, and the heat sink center case offers efficient heat dissipation and reduces weight. The lead wire is detachable, allowing custom tailoring to the servo lead, and package includes both 135mm and 285mm length servo leads. A full selection of servo arms and mounting hardware is also included for easy installation.
