Developed and tested with RC Lyfe team drivers, the RCL068 22X series battery hold down system delivers the perfect balance of strength, tunability, and performance. Traditional single-screw battery straps on the 22X platform can twist under load, but our anti-twist mount eliminates this issue, keeping your battery secure at all times.

This unique system is designed to let you tune chassis flex to track conditions. By relieving stress on the side guards, the strap helps the center of the car flex naturally, unlocking more grip and improved handling.

STRAP OPTIONS

Choose the configuration that best matches your setup and driving style:

  • Strap with Bands – Holds the battery firmly to the chassis.
  • Strap with Tabs – Allows the battery to “float,” maximizing chassis flex.
  • Strap with Bands + Tabs – The best of both worlds.

COMPATIBLE VEHICLES

  • TLR 22X, 22X-T
  • TLR 22 5.0 & 22T (with 5.0 side guards)
