The Serpent Viper 989 40th Anniversary (SER903019) is the latest development from Serpent for the 1/8 on-road nitro market.
The Viper 989 showed its potential at the IFMAR World Championship in California. With 2 cars in the main final and leading until 3 minutes from the end, the 989 showcased all the hard work by everyone at Serpent to build the best race cars in the world. We work countless hours to optimize weight distribution, flex, transmission efficiency and many other parameters to make our car perform at the front of the pack.
To celebrate Serpent’s 40th Anniversary, we make this special edition of the 989, based on the setup and configuration use by the team used at the Worlds, including many of the parts necessary to copy the exact set-up.
