This past weekend the first round of the Austrian 1/8 IC Championship took place at the SFMAV Nubdorfring Club. The event had good weather conditions, and it was Nejc Mihelic who set the early pace in free practice. After 4 rounds of qualifying it was Herfried Pucher who took the TQ, as his main contender Nejc was unable to do a clean run. The start of the A-main was very fast. It was Nejc who took the lead in the 1st corner and stayed there until the end of the 45 minute long final, followed by Ljubischa Paunovic in 2nd and Herfried in 3rd positon.
