Darren Lord and DE Racing double victory in Australia

 

The 6th and final round of the QLD Series was held at GCRC this past weekend in Australia. DE Racing team driver Darren Lord was looking to wrap up the 4wd SC and Mod Stadium Truck titles.

The heats started and after round 1 Daren was looking good sitting TQ for both classes. 4 qualifiers were run and Darren TQ’d every single round in both classes and was set to lead the field away in the 10min A final.

Right from lap 1 in the final in stadium truck Darren was away and never looked back leading from start to finish. DE Racing Trinidad ST wheels were shod with Panther Switch 2.0 tires,a combination that provided awesome grip. This gave Daren the overall QLD Pro Truck’n Tour title!
 
 
In the 4wd SC class Darren chose the DE Racing Trinidad SC wheels shod with Panther SC Rattlers. Again this wheel and tire combination was in a league of it’s own allowing Darren to walk away from the rest of the field. Darren would wrap up his 2nd WLD Pro Truck’n Tour title for the weekend!
