Check out how the events of 2020 have affected racing entry counts and the trends all the way back to 2018. According to our numbers which are purely for the Livetime Scoring System, racing entry counts were up by 2 thousand entries respectively in both January and February of 2020 before the pandemic began. Numbers are starting to climb again but entries are now only at about 50% of what they were in 2019 for May. Considering we have 2 weekends left in June things are trending upwards but it will be hard to tell if the numbers will catch up to June of 2018 or 2019.

Before the pandemic we were seeing consistent yearly growth of the hobby from 2018-2020 but obviously this is a major set back. Hopefully we see the same growth trends sooner than later and we feel for our track owner and rc company friends as they try to recover in this tough time.
