Samantha Joan grabbed the $20,000 King of the Streets victory this past weekend in Las Vegas with an insane 1.6 second pass at 84 miles per hour. Bill Smashey would come up just short at the event after going round after round, but gave Samantha a fantastic fight in the final race!
