Main Photo: The Unprofessionals: Feeling for the Race Promoters

The wonderful part of 2022 as an RC racer is that you have so many options weekly for racing, just pick one and be happy.

Obviously there are a lot of racers actively racing in 2022, which is great for everyone, tracks, promoters etc. You would think this would be a good thing, but what I have seen a lot of lately is people complaining about specific policies at certain events ie: no electrics, or no truggies, or expensive, entry fees etc. I like to make the assumption that most event promoters aren't stupid, if they have some policy it is because they thought about it and want to host their event that specific way for a reason. Going out of your way to voice your concern or complaint on Facebook really doesn't do a whole lot except agitate.

Because there are so many people racing in 2022 there are also a lot of new events popping up, instead of voicing complaints, maybe just go check out a different event elsewhere, or I don't know club race that weekend.

Moral of the story is I feel like I have learned in my short time on earth that constant incessant complaining doesn't really make people want to do things for you, so be happy, race your rc car and move it along.
