VanDalen Wins The 2026 ROAR 1/8th Off-Road Nationals Nitro Buggy Class [VIDEO]

After an intense battle with Chase Lemieux for the majority of the main event, Seth VanDalen crossed the line first to take the win in the nitro buggy class at the 2026 ROAR 1/8th Off-Road Nationals hosted by Silver Dollar Raceway.

Dakotah Phend and Ryan Maifield would jump out front early, but a persistent charge from VanDalen and Lemieux would see them move towards the front fairly quickly. Ultimately Phend would not finish the main and Maifield would suffer with a 60 second lap. Chase would have a pit stop edge on Seth but after all the stops were completed it was a mad dash for the last 7 minutes of the race with block passes and mistakes from both. Ultimately Seth VanDalen would cross the line first with chase closer behind than the results will show as he crashed coming to the line trying to get by Seth. Mason Fuller rounded out the podium in 3rd 10 seconds back. Brandon Rose and Jonah Wilson would battle it out at the end of the final for 4th and 5th as well.
