Embling split from Kyosho - deal for 2017 already done?

Up-and-coming British off-road racing star Jack Embling announced his departure from Kyosho Europe after one season, in which he won the 2016 BRCA Championship for the 1/8-scale truck category, and finished 3rd in E-Buggy and 4th in Nitro Buggy. As first reported by RedRC, it is believed Embling may join Team Associated or Team Losi Racing for 2017 - and his Facebook post, which follows, indicates the deal is already done.

"I would like to announce that I will not be continuing with Kyosho for the 2017 season.

I would like to thank Mick, Mitsuo, Christophe and everyone at Kyosho for giving me the opportunity to race with them this year, and the rest of the team.

I had always wanted to drive for Kyosho, and it's been a great year on and off the track. However an opportunity came up which was hard to turn down.
