Press Release From Pennsylvania State Carpet Championship:
www.pscc.dogdaysrc.com

The Pennsylvania State Carpet Championship (PSCC) will launch PSCC Online at pscc.dogdaysrc.com at 6:00 PM Eastern on Sunday, November 1, 2026. The new site puts the series points standings, qualifier results, class rules and championship entry in one place, open to everyone.

The launch lands just ahead of the 2027 season. Its first qualifier, Battle for the Bird at Dunn Raceway Park, runs November 21, and the season ends with a three-day championship at Richfield Raceway, March 5–7, 2027.

What is the PSCC?

The Pennsylvania State Carpet Championship is a season-long series for RC off-road racing on indoor carpet tracks across Pennsylvania. Racers earn series points at qualifying events held at tracks around the state from November through February. A racer's best three qualifier scores make up their standing in each class.

The season ends with a three-day championship weekend, and the series standings seed it. At every qualifier, the top three finishers in each Championship class who don't already hold one earn a Golden Ticket. A Golden Ticket puts a racer in that class's Championship division at the finals; the rest of the class races the Premier division.

The series is growing fast. Five of last season's six qualifiers set entry records, with 794 entries in all, and the series expects bigger turnouts in 2027. Every 2026 result is already on the new site.

What racers can do on PSCC Online

The public pages need no account. A free account, with Google or an email address, unlocks the rest.

Get a head start. Until launch, pscc.dogdaysrc.com shows a countdown. Racers can create their accounts and claim their racer records now at pscc-preview.dogdaysrc.com, and both carry over to the main address on November 1.

From launch day, November 1:

  • Follow the standings. Each class has its own table with a column for every qualifier, so racers can see exactly where each point came from.
  • Find any racer. Search by name or nickname to see a racer's season, class by class. Every racer, class and venue also has a history page across seasons.
  • See every result. Each qualifier's results are posted on the schedule page, alongside the track's LiveRC page.
  • Read the class rules for every 2027 class in one place, plus the championship page with its classes, divisions and Golden Ticket holders.
  • Claim your racer record. Link your account to your name in the results. Parents can claim their children's records too.
  • Report a wrong result. Spot a misspelled name or a points total that looks off? Report it straight from the standings, and the series reviews it.
  • Choose your reminders. Get notified when pre-registration opens and closes, when new points are posted after each qualifier, before the last day to correct your points, and ahead of the championship. Reminders arrive on the site, and by email if you ask.

Coming next:

  • November 15, 2026 — the PSCC shop opens. Series shirts and hats, made to order, shipped home or collected at any race.
  • January 8, 2027 — championship pre-registration opens at 6 PM Eastern. Racers enter and pay online, and a public entry list shows who's coming. Pre-registered racers go into the timing system before the track opens, so check-in on race weekend is quick.
